POOL HEAT – Additional service
Cost: $55/day (plus taxes)
* 10% discount for 3+ nights
* 15% discount for 7+ nights

Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
Must be requested 48h in advance.
Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $149+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.
BBQ PROPANE TANK
The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.

No commercial vehicles, RVs, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, boats (or other watercraft), trailers, including without limitation, boat trailers, horse trailers, mobile homes, and trailers of every other type of description, or camper, must be kept on the property.

We would definitely stay again if we head to any other parks in the future. The place is huge, very accommodating. The property itself is extremely large, but exceptionally quiet and we never felt crowded. You should bring additional soap and hand soap, because what is provided is very minimal. Also, if you are staying long, you should know that there are no hangers for the closets which was a little frustrating. And there are no additional blankets for those of us that get colder. The place was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm. We know that turning over a property during Spring Break is most likely difficult, but this was a little frustrating because we were tired from our long journey. The place was not cleaned very well, even though overall the place is generally very clean. There were areas missed, is all. We give all of that a pass because the property is really charming, large, with a nice little pool, great tv, great AC, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Chatting with the property manager was always quick and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you!

This property is very convenient to the hotel where my office was attending an all day seminar. It is also near a good number of restaurants and shopping centers. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group as well. And, while we didn't have any children with us, the minion and Disney character rooms were a hit.

It would be nice to not need it to wake up so early to leave. I think that check out child be at list at 11 and check is at 3 . But it is a great place close to everything and very clean.
