Great location-close to all-things Orlando. The house was spacious; the game room was great. The clubhouse area was great-plenty for the kids to do. Their policy of no outside food/drinks is a drag--they wouldn't allow me to bring in my morning coffee. I can understand food, but it was disappointing to not be able to sip coffee by the pool...then the food service was SLOW.

The kitchen was HORRIBLY outfitted. For example, there was only one measuring cup, which had a crack that wouldn't hold liquid for long. In order to cook and serve dinner for 10, we had to strategically plan for pot, knife, and utensil usage. The scarcity of the kitchen amenities robbed us of the "homey" feel of renting a house and made meals stressful (and we were just making easy meals: tacos, mac n cheese, sandwiches etc). The couches were not comfortable. The worst thing was that the pool heat didn't work. I paid for the heat, but the breaker would continually trip. When I called the manager, they sent someone out the next day. The service tech said they wouldn't be able to fix it for a couple days (beyond the length of my stay). I called the management company back to get a refund and they said they would have to verify that it's unfixable before I could get a refund. This situation was aggravating--distracting with messages and management rather than focusing on enjoying vacation.
