This 3,291 sq ft home was built for the trip where everybody comes: two king rooms and a queen room for the adults, three themed twin rooms the kids will fight over — Minion, Star Wars, and a gaming room — five full bathrooms, and a dining table for eight plus four seats at the kitchen island.
Out back, a private screened pool and spillover spa with a child safety fence, patio furniture and sun loungers, and a gas grill included at no extra charge. Inside, a game room with a pool table and arcade games, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, central AC, and a TV in every bedroom. Pack 'n play and high chair are free on request.

Walk to the lazy river. The home is about a five-minute walk from the resort clubhouse — lazy river, water slides, resort pool, splash area, and fitness center. That's one of the most walkable spots in Storey Lake, and it's the reason this house gets booked: an afternoon at the lazy river is a spontaneous decision, not a logistics operation. (Give yourself a few extra minutes if you're towing toddlers and pool floats.) Access is included in your stay — no car, no shuttle. These are shared HOA-operated amenities; hours, closures, and rules are set by the resort and can change. The clubhouse gets busy during school holidays, spring break, summer, and Christmas week, loungers at the lazy river go early — arrive before 10 a.m. for a seat, or head over late afternoon when it thins out. Mini golf is available for a separate fee.

I register your party ahead of time and send your QR code with your check-in details, so you can walk straight in — no stop at the front desk, no paperwork on your first morning. GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Pool and spa heating is optional, $40 per day. Florida pools are cold most of the year without it.
• Request at least 3 days before arrival — a pool this size takes days, not hours, to warm. We can't add heat once your stay has started.
• Pool and spa share one system. The spa is a spillover spa, not a separate jacuzzi — it heats only when the whole pool is heated, to the same temperature, and won't feel like a hot tub.
• Heating uses an electric heat pump, which pulls warmth from the outside air. When temperatures drop near 50°F it may not reach target no matter how long it runs. That's a limit of every heat pump in Central Florida, and we can't refund weather. Max 95°F.
• Good news for cool months: the resort pool complex is a five-minute walk and included in your stay.
Florida is outdoors. The screen enclosure reduces insects and debris but doesn't eliminate them. You may see the occasional small lizard, leaves, or pollen around the lanai, especially after rain or landscaping. That's normal here — but if something needs service, tell us and we'll handle it.
Parking. The driveway holds 1–2 vehicles. Additional resort spaces nearby are first-come and not assigned to this home, so plan for one or two cars. No overnight street parking, no parking on grass. No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles. Message us before booking if you're traveling with more than two.
Storey Lake is an active vacation-home community rather than a secluded private estate. You may occasionally hear neighboring guests, pool equipment, landscaping, trash collection or other normal community activity. We enforce the rules applicable to our home, but we cannot control activity at neighboring properties.
Self-catering means starter supplies, not a full pantry. You'll arrive to a professionally cleaned home with fresh linens, towels, and washcloths, plus a small welcome kit of paper goods and soap to get you started. Plan a grocery run for the week. Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee; there's no daily housekeeping.
The grill and propane are included — most homes here charge for this. We keep two tanks on site and refilled between stays. A week of heavy grilling can empty one; if you run low, message us and we'll swap it as fast as we can and refills are available a few minutes away if you'd rather not wait. Please scrape the grates clean when you're done; grills left dirty are subject to a $50 cleaning fee.
Air conditioning. Central AC throughout. Because of Florida humidity, please keep exterior doors and windows closed while it's running.
Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs the full window. Early check-in and late checkout can't be guaranteed, but ask and we'll answer honestly.
