Location, amenities available, modern layout
Pool wasn’t heated, wasn’t working, 2 x property document wasn’t received fully, so unable to use some of the house features correctly.

The villa was perfectly located for both a short drive to Disney / Universal but also had amenities within walking distance. It was, very clean when we arrived & had all the facilities we wanted. Lovely view from the pool over the lake, spacious modern villa with well decorated bedrooms for children
A couple of small bits of feedback we have is that it lacked basic supplies for a self catering villa for both cooking & hygiene e.g. salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil & cleaning spray, spare tea towels. In the description it said toiletries were provided but this only included a couple of small bars of soap. The 2 doors to the pool area were not secure & could not be locked. Lacked any children accessories for a family villa

Everything was great and the house was perfect for our family gathering of 12! Ricardo was a great host and answered all our questions very promptly, The house is exactly as in the pictures, very well equipped, in a great location and resort. I highly recommend the place and would definitely come back if possible!
Nothing really. Maybe a few more extra towels would be nice, but no big deal.
