Our beautiful vacation home is located just 7 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort, offering the perfect retreat for families. This spacious 9-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is designed and equipped with everything you need to comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. Relax in your own private pool, fire up the BBQ grill for a delightful meal, enjoy a game of pool, or have a cozy movie night at the home cinema with family and friends. As a guest, you'll also have full access to the amazing amenities at Storey Lake Resort. The Hideaway Club, the resort's vibrant clubhouse, is packed with fun activities for everyone, including multiple sports courts, a children's playground, and a lazy river with a splash park for the little ones. Whether you're looking to relax or stay active, this home offers everything you need for a memorable getaway.

• Community: Storey Lake Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers (several at a 3-mile range) and at a 25-minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
Storey Lake has two clubhouses:
- The Hideaway Club: 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746
- The Bronson Club: 4714 Storytime Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746
• Minutes from Orlando's top theme parks: Walt Disney Resort (13 min), Animal Kingdom (15 min), Epcot (18 min), Magic Kingdom (20 min) and Sea World (20 min). Travel times may vary due to traffic.
• Location: NARRATIVE LN, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, US
• Parking: There is plenty of parking space available in front of the house. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated guest parking spaces.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

· Comfortable appointed beds
· Private pool (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD per day)
· BBQ grill (a $75 cleaning fee applies; please notify us in advance if you'd like to use it)
· Pet-friendly! A $135 non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
· Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)
· Shared community amenities like a lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, Mini-Golf, Fitness Center, kayak, pool access & more.
• We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o 1 hand soap per bathroom
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o 1 sponge
o 1 dishwasher soap
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house.
Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.
ATTENTION: This house has no jacuzzi; the jets and hot tub (spa) area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACCATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise that violates local laws.

Me, my husband, our grown kids and our grandbabies very much enjoyed our stay! The house was great although there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. ( tp holder coming out of the wall, wallpaper peeling, dishwasher detergent door broken off,etc.) None of this affected our time here though! The kids loved the pool and slide. The Mickey room, Harry Potter room, and princess room were all a huge hit!! Very conveniently located. Walking distance to Target.
Would definitely stay again!

The house and location are great! We loved the room with the bunk beds and slide and all the Disney scenes painted on the walls. Our grandson loved it. We had a few issues. The pool was not heated for the first 24 hrs we were there. And the place shows signs of wear. It could use a little more maintenance on cosmetic issues, nothing that effected the enjoyment of the property. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our party of 19. Lovely and clean and spacious. The proximity to Disney and universal is brilliant and a target and Walmart close by too. Couldn’t fault the location of the house itself.
Our main niggle is with lack of communication with the property managers when we needed assistance. The property advertisers that pool towels will be provided and no need to bring your own. There were none. Upon contacting on our first day, we don’t get a response until two days later (apparently no-one answers at the weekend which is not great for arrivals!) to say they will get back to us. No-one ever did. We had to buy pool towels.
We also contacted to say there was a very loud noise coming from a pump next to the property which we assume was for the pool and no response at all.
We’d requested the bbq and was only given the code to unlock it two days after arrival (because again emails were not responded to over the weekend).
Final feedback is on one evening, the neighbouring property has new arrivals and during the evening has a house party. We would estimate around 50 guests, starting cars up out front, sounding horns, shouting, playing music, walking up and down the street and directly outside our property until 4am!! We were never given any numbers to contact for such incidences. I googled and managed to find a number for security on Storey Lake. I felt our property managers communication was lacking and we were just left to it.

The best part was the kids room!! All four granddaughters stayed in the room and had a blast together. The location and communication with the management team was perfect.
