Even if the checkout was at 11 AM and we understand, at 11:02 we were being knocked at the door. 10-15 min would have been nice over the checkout time.

Excellent choice of venue for our week long stay in Thessaloniki - just a shame it was only for one week. We really enjoyed the rooftop views and the refreshing breeze from off the sea helped to cool us down. Apartment is very nicely laid out, a shower/bathroom, a kitchin/dining/sitting room with table and sofa, and two spacious sleeping rooms with double beds, although roof top access is via one of those rooms. Everything one could want was there/provided, although no washing machine (but there's no space for that). Host was very nice, met us upon arrival, and kindly sent directions to a local (reasonably inexpensive) supermarket, so we could buy all the food and other bits we needed.

I recommend, the terrace is amazing

When we received the keys from the host we understood that she didn’t know any english and the communication was a bit hard. There was a certain smell in the kitchen in the apartment- not exactly bad, but was smelling a bit like someone has been smoking there

Roof top gives you amazing feeling, Thessaloniki by day, and by night just perfect! Spacious terrace with spectacular view in a quiet neighborhood. Host is very friendly providing all info you need. Smooth check in.

Kinda too small for 5 persons. Kant see by the pictures that its only about 35 square meters, maybe less. Also experience with cleaning lady was not something you like, as she was “chasing” us for the keys while we were picking up our car from the parking, following us to the apartment, even tried to come in even though we didn’t leave the apartment yet

Nice view to all buildings in Thessaloniki

Unfortunately, we have arrived late to the apartment and did not get time to enjoy the view at sunset. The place is at the top of the building with one bedroom. Perfect stay for a night. We could park in the house for additional 10 EURO. The owner was flexible with the arrival time.

The location of the place is great and we enjoyed a lot having the terrace.

When we decided to book this place it was written it has 1 double bed and 2 double sofa beds which was the best option for us as we were 5 people. And when we arrived there was only 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed, which didn't match the description. As we have arrived pretty late in the evening we couldn't change our accommodation. On Saturday night when we came back to the flat we switched on the geyser to have a shower and while one of our friends was brushing her teeth the pipe under the basin burst and hot steam started coming out and the girl was about to burn her face and the apparent started to get flutted and lots of steam started coming out of the bathroom. We immediately contacted the host who didn't seem to be surprised about the situation. We desperately asked him to come as we were shocked and panicked. Still we managed to stop the water from the main tap before his arrival. He came and all what he did was to cut the hot water and in a very rude way he asked us what we have done wrongly. We only wanted to have hot shower as we were out the whole day and after so much stress we couldn't sleep because we were afraid the geyser could burst. As the host explained us that the geyser shouldn't be on for more than 40 minutes but that information wasn't written anywhere, there were no house rules written neither. That is why we left the flat in the morning without showering. This been said we kindly ask you to revise your conditions and policies as we couldn't enjoy the last night.

Ok for a short stay

The view is gorgeous , it is on the 9th floor in the apartment building. The host is a nice guy who replies promptly to messages ( we both used What's up app) and phone calls. He brough the apartment keys within 2 minutes of the notice. The location is good, some 20 minutes normal walk from Aristotelous Square /10 minutes from Ladadika. The items in the apartment are overall maintained well. We used the parking - it is packed and not very big , but we should consider that it is downtown of a big city so it is OK.

The toilet is tiny , basin is too small and probably needs a good portion of repair ( the WC door should be changed). We have visited the place in February and though it was not very cold outside, we needed good half an hour to bring the room temperature to "normal". The air conditioning is the sole device for heating and it could be loud at times.

The stuff is very polite and helpful, the location is great, the balcony has an amazing view of the city and the sea. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped for a wonderful and comfortable staying!

It’s a bit hard to find the apartment since there is no sign for the apartment and the streets are all similar and narrow.
