3 night stay in Jaipur

The interior, facilities and staff were incredible! The Staff helped us with booking private drivers and sorting laundry too. Special mention to Jitu who took care of us on our arrival, bringing us drinks and went out of his way to make us always feel welcome.

At times due to the courtyard and traffic on the street it was loud in the room in the mornings.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay very smooth and pleasant. A special highlight was the terrace candlelight dinner. The setup was beautifully done, creating a cozy and romantic ambiance. Enjoying good food under the open sky made the evening truly memorable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur who is looking for comfort, good service, and a nice atmosphere.

Lovely heritage small hotel in a quiet area of Jaipur. Big comfortable room, very light & airy. A bit noisy at night with dogs barking but very comfy beds. Tea, coffee & water in rooms. Good breakfast. Staff were very keen to help & super attentive.

The overall place has heritage look and is well renovated. The hospitality was absolutely amazing and I would recommend atleast one dinner should be taken in this hotel as food is delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mahal Khandela. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, generous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is very cute and beautifully designed, with charming Rajasthani décor that creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. The rooms are very nice, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great mix of Indian and international options, and the restaurant service was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. I would especially like to express my deep gratitude to the staff for their kindness and understanding on our last day. I was feeling unwell, and they graciously allowed us a late check-out so I could rest before our departure. This gesture meant a lot to us and reflects the genuine care and hospitality of the team. We highly recommend Mahal Khandela and would happily stay here again.

Lovely heritage features, friendly service

The staff at Mahal Khandela were very kind and helpful to me as a solo woman traveller. Special thanks to Kasheen, who was always friendly and attentive. I found the atmosphere of the heritage building delightful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

There were some electrical maintenance issues in my room, e.g. jug not working, fan speed knob broken, bathroom light could not be turned off.

Smell of washroom in the common area. TV and hotel phone were not working. AC were making bad noise.Don't come if you have a problem in your legs because there is no lift. They have marked against every room private pool but they have only one common pool

The food was very good but it was served on tablecloths that hadn't been washed in weeks, at best.

The bedding was quite poor. Sheets were stained, threadbare, and/or torn. The pillows were old and stained. The shower had inadequate pressure for the overhead fixture.
