DO NOT BOOK THIS!

In complete shock at the nightmare stay here. It was problem after problem - first the hotel staff cannot speak any english, and did not understand that I had 2 separate bookings, I tried to pay for 4 nights but they would only let me pay for 1 until they had discussed with the manager. Then I was followed into my room with a creepy guy who would not leave and came back to take pictures of my ‘beautiful’ passport photo at 1am? Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable as a solo female. The next day, I was awoken at 8am (after getting in at 1am) by 3 calls and knocks at the door that didn’t make any sense (apparently a mix up with another room..). Then, my room smelt like petrol fumes, causing a migraine, they were helpful in changing the room only for that room to smell like pure cigarette smoke later in the night (supposed to be non smoking). I had not been asked to pay for the remaining 3 nights yet, in regular contact with the hotel manager. Then I asked the hotel manager for a later checkout or discounted rate because of these inconveniences, he threatened that I needed to check out immediately (with staff knocking on my door / calling), because I hadn’t paid, despite my willingness to pay and this being because of staff incompetence/misunderstanding on check-in (note: the staff knocking were trying to resolve the smoke issue from 12 hours ago…). It was a complete nightmare, I’m glad the hotel manager made me leave so I could move to a much better (same price) hotel!!!

Very good place to stay in Jaipur

* It is located in a very nice area. Its 1.5km away from Jaipur Junction. * The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious along with beautiful interiors. * The bathroom is very good and proper hygiene is maintained. * Food is also at a decent price when compared to other places in Jaipur. * It looks like a newly constructed hotel.

Good

The hotel was nice and quiet as it is located quite far from the city. They have restaurant where you can eat for your diner as there isn't any restaurant next to thz hotel.

Employees don't speak English and they do not accept credit card. However, you can pay with euro / usd. We were located just next to the welcome gate, which means that we have heard all discussion between employee and videos they have watched. Ask for a room upstairs if you can, they would certainly accept it :)
