Friendly cosy place to stay.

Very atmospheric place beautiful painted ceiling patterns. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff very helpful. Good to have restaurant on site and breakfast included in the price was ample and varied with freshly cooked omelette if requested. Comfy chairs in the room but also seating areas on balcony outside rooms. Many beautiful pieces of furniture around.

The hot water took a long time to come through for the shower. It was a bit dusty and some fittings are old but part of the charm. Shame the restaurant didn't do Indian food its more Italian. Although the swimming pool was cleaned and treated during our stay it did not appear to be clean enough to swim in.

Real heritage hotel

Look out for Lucky the tuck tuk driver. Real name Ravi. Top driver with good English and so helpful The hotel is beautiful if you want a real heritage place not a modern tourist pastiche The staff are all excellent and could not be more helpful The hotel is clean and full of character Location is quiet by Indian standards

Don't fall for the photos. Not recommended

We liked the photos while booking the hotels & the outside decoration and nothing else.

We booked the family /presidential suite. The room size defines the name. Other than that there was no toiletries, not even a simple handwash in the bathroom. The comode handheld spray not working, no bucket or even mug in sight. No hot water. We were offered another room but it was slightly better than the previous one. The swimming pool condition was also not inviting. The price we were paying was for suite but the room was a below of a below average motel. We stayed in om nivas hotel in our last visit,which is just a few meters away & it was a luxury. We fell for the photos of this hotel & took a wrong wrong wrong decision. Not recommended at all.

Beautiful haveli in need of an upgrade

The property is a tastefully decorated haveli with some amazing features. The hotel staff are fabulous- very courteous and attentive to your every need. The owners also live in the same premises. They are friendly and chatty. Provided some useful tips about shopping in Jaipur. However the rooms need modernisation. The bathrooms are in dire need of an upgrade.

we forget kid watch they found it and call me to inform.

Pool is no that clean they we didn't get water even after so many reminders also no bucket available in the room. kids want to watch TV but no recharge in TV they ask for 15min but it didn't work till we checkout.

Nice old fixtures.nd fittings, courtyard pool was refreshing

Nice pool, close to train station. Breakfast was nice. Staff helpful - I didn’t really spend much time in hotel I received upgraded room as the aircon didn’t stop beeping - the extra room made it feel a bit more luxurious

The cafe was a bit restricted in choice and had closed by the time my train arrived.

The restaurant was fantastic, the building was very colonial.

The swimming pool was not like it is shown in the pictures. It was not clean and the water was low. The tv did not work and the fridge in the room was dirty.

The owners of the property were pretty nice and friendly. The location was at a good place

First and foremost the manager kept asking for advance separately even when booked via booking.com. The manager also offered “certain discount” if we were to cancel the online booking and deal with the hotel separately. Staff wasn’t readily available when looking for services such as change of towels, room service etc. The restroom wasn’t so clean and the manager’s tone of speaking was of rude nature.

Harmonious family and place.

Vimal heritage is the best hotel we have been to, ever. The family who owns the hotel is kind, elegant, and lovely to talk to. the staff is always helpful, always smiling. We and our kids truly enjoyed the huge breakfast and the swimming pool, and the big space of the rooms, the cleanliness, but not only that. Everything in this heritage screams harmony, a real piece of heaven in the beautiful and lousy Jaipur. We came here seven years ago, and fell in love with Vimal heritage. This time we are back, and luckily nothing has changed, or maybe it has, but in better. Vikram, at the front desk, helped us to book trains and was really kind. Thank you all for hosting us. I hope we can come soon again.

I was travelling with my French guest and we both find that this hotel is beautiful (it's heritage look), staff is very helpful and kind, our room was clean and bed was confirmable, My French guest likes breakfast here.

you should ask timing of "hot water", I guess it's not available 24hours (or may be you need to inform at reception if you need hot water at odd time).

An ok stay.

1. The look and feel of the property is good. 2. Staff is very well behaved and the Owner is sweet & friendly. 3. Breakfast, supposedly a buffet, is served by the staff. The food is home-made, which I liked.

1. The rooms need to be prepared well, for the guests. I had to ask for room-freshener etc. 2. TV didn't work (not that I watch it, but it should not be there just for the sake of it.) A.C. was noisy, so I had to keep it switched-off. 3. The guest-supplies (tea-coffee etc) were available. I did not care to ask for it either, 'cz it is something a guest shouldn't need to ask.

Washrooms were OK OK but the completely not happy with room services. Worst part was the breakfast totally waste of money.
