Washrooms could be improved

Beautiful Haveli. Very clean, hot water and aircon good. Lovely staff.

We were upgraded to the suite which was beautiful except that it was under the restaurant, so every time someone moved a chair it was very loud in our room. Early in the morning and late at night. Not much around in the way of restaurants close by and food in the Hotel restaurant was average and expensive.

Rooms were clean and the location was easy to access. The locality was well maintained.

The staff

The hotel it’s self is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Stunning architecture and interior details. Beautiful rooftop

The pool was out of use (the main reason we booked the hotel). We couldn’t use the rooftop area without feeling like we had to buy something from the very over priced bar. The staff were pretty insistent on us eating at the restaurant and buying at the bar, but we just wanted to enjoy chai or water. The staff didn’t seem too bothered by us and weren’t super helpful, it felt like all they wanted to do was get more money out of us 😢 not a great experience. Location isn’t ideal, not many restaurants or cafes around so we had to taxi everywhere.
