Beautiful Haveli. Very clean, hot water and aircon good. Lovely staff.

We were upgraded to the suite which was beautiful except that it was under the restaurant, so every time someone moved a chair it was very loud in our room. Early in the morning and late at night. Not much around in the way of restaurants close by and food in the Hotel restaurant was average and expensive.

Servents behavior was nice.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Khandela Haveli in Jaipur is a disaster in the name of hospitality. The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty — a breeding ground for infections. I nearly ended up with a serious eye infection because of their complete negligence in maintaining hygiene. It’s unacceptable and downright dangerous. What’s even more shameful is their blatantly discriminatory behavior. If you arrive in a fancy car, they’ll treat you like royalty. But come on a scooty? Be prepared to get lectured with a new rule for every little thing you do, They literally made us order swimming costume which was not informed at the time of Check in. They judge guests based on appearances, not on basic respect or hospitality. The housekeeping staff were polite, but sadly, they’re the only decent part of this place. The owner’s arrogant, classist attitude is driving this place straight into the ground. I would never stay here again, and I strongly warn others not to waste their money or risk their health here.

The pool was out of use (the main reason we booked the hotel). We couldn’t use the rooftop area without feeling like we had to buy something from the very over priced bar. The staff were pretty insistent on us eating at the restaurant and buying at the bar, but we just wanted to enjoy chai or water. The staff didn’t seem too bothered by us and weren’t super helpful, it felt like all they wanted to do was get more money out of us 😢 not a great experience. Location isn’t ideal, not many restaurants or cafes around so we had to taxi everywhere.

Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel.

Loved the bedroom, built in bed in the window was gorgeous. Loved decor and accessories. Beautiful pool and lounge area. Loved restaurant outdoors. Gorgeous central area in the hotel, fresh flowers and accessories.

Hotel was gorgeous yet located in a run down part of town. Didn’t feel that safe once you left the hotel. Not the hotels fault! Just something to be aware of. Restaurant staff could be pushy promoting their favoured choices.

Great place! Cute, comfortable and clean

Simple, but it looks traditional (super cute!) and, more importantly, it was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends! The shower and AC worked great and it was nice to also have breakfast included. There were not many options in the breakfast, but enough to fill you up. I tried one of their bhajis (don’t remember the full name and it tasted amazing). I was a solo traveler and checkin and check out was also very smooth.

The taps in the bathroom need to be replaced / repaired. Overall bathrooms need overhauling. Given the cost I would have expected better facilities. Also when you open the door the bed shouldn't be the first thing to be seen. Need some privacy there.

Perfect location, beautiful property, fabulous food

It is located in a quieter part of Jaipur, which is much appreciated after the hecticness of the day. The room was really big and spacious, nice hot shower, and delicious food. Also very helpful booking taxis.

it’s very very located. Food is incredible. The staff was well mannered and served us very well. it’s has a superb vintage vibe to the property which I loved. I slept very well and our kids weee delighted to watch the puppet show.
