The location, it was clean, comfortable, had everything you needed. Even though we were near the action there was minimal noise.

The property was clean.
The checking in out of hours was complicated, no lock box at the apartment. We had to locate the office, mother the apartment. All the lighting on the entrance were not working. It was dark and dangerous, trying to fumble with four different keys -unlabelled in the dark. The air conditioning did not operate properly and the fans in the rooms would cut out. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. We vacated and booked a hotel as unsafe at night, booking office were really unhelpful when contacting them. Fortunately, booking.com were helpful and provided a partial refund for the 1 night. Completely stressful start to a short break. Would not recommend…..
