There were a few communication problems regarding the check in but we solved everything and in the end the whole experience was very good!

The place is simple but looks nice, it has pretty much everything needed for a stay
The kitchen lacked some basic utensils, like a cooking knife. The owner brought me a frying pan after I requested one, but it didn't work so well for the cooking knife for some reason :(

The place was clean and the Wi-Fi was very fast.
50 BGN a night is rather overpriced considering the fact there's such rooms (or even better) in the centre of the city for 40 BGN a night. Also, one of the pillow cases smelt like the previous guest's armpit (not cool).
