The routes of Habsburg (beach 70 m)

Wonderful hosts! The apartment is fully equipped with everything a home needs. The owners paid attention to even the smallest details—upon arrival, we found refreshments, drinks, snacks, a welcome pack, and even towels in different colors for each guest. Parking is right in front of the house, and the beach is very close, just a short walk down some stairs. The building might be older, but the apartment is in excellent condition. I highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Opatija, I would definitely stay here again!

Big spacious apartment, perfectly clean, beds are very comfortable, more than enough wardrobes, kitchen had much more helpful things than we expected, so many small things that you usually do not find in the apartments. big TV screen, host was outstanding. We checked the location before we reserved and it was exactly what we wanted, the temperature outside was over 35C every day but air conditioners were very good, we rarely used balcony since it was soo hot but it was very nice to sit outside and enjoy early morning coffee. No noise from the outside, very quiet, restaurants and shops are quite near. Generally must say it was the best apartment we were so far.

Very good location, close to the beach, nice walk to the more central part of Opatija or to the lovely nearby Volosko. Easy to park, very green area. The apartment is spacious, very clean and has all you need for a longer stay. There is a big shop 5 mins away. Daniela was a great and helpful host.

Maybe the road is a bit noisy during rush hour, but once you shut the window facing it, it is fine.
