An Hauptstraße gelegen und daher hört man in der Nacht (zumindest im August) die Autos und Hupen.

Condiții foarte bune, cu tot necesarul, climatizare, fier de călcat, fierbator, filtru, masina de spalat vase si haine, camere spațioase, materiale de calitate, curățenie, loc de parcare. Deși este la stradă, in interior nu este zgomot.

Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament z widokiem na morze. Dwie sypialnie i duży salon z aneksem kuchennym w którym jest płyta grzewcza, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka i kompletny zestaw naczyń i garnków. Duzym plusem jest maly balkon. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obiektem, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie. Na miejscu parking i market za płotem. Blisko centrum, sam obiekt jest przy ruchliwej ulicy. Opatija w Święta Bożego Narodzenia wygląda cudownie.
