The house is amazing! It is big and clean. The location is excellent. The barbecue is very big and useful. The owners are very helpful and nice and we tried very delicious homegrown fruits and vegetables! Thank you for the incredible stay. We will be your guests again definitely!

The best host I have ever met!

The host was the most generous host I’ve ever met. She had her own little garden, and gave us zucchini, green salad and cucumbers, one day she even made us breakfast. This woman was the nicest woman I have ever met! She also gave us olives, and everything was very delicious. We liked everything about the property, really spacious, 4 separate rooms, one of them with its private bathroom, besides the other two available bathrooms in the house. The house has 2 very nice terraces and big yard. Also it has kitchen on the outside in front of the house, where 2 grills are located. The beach was very close and it seemed like it was private, because there were not many people, almost none.

A relaxing and unforgettable getaway with my girlfriends in a beautiful villa just steps from the sea.

I stayed at this beautiful villa with my girlfriends for a holiday, and we had the most wonderful time. The villa was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated — the perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Just a short walk to the sea! It was so peaceful and refreshing. And the host was fantastic — friendly, Irina was very kind and welcoming responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. A bit of a language barrier, but thanks to google translate everything was easy 😊 We truly had a memorable time and left feeling completely recharged. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located villa close to the sea, this is the one. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

This property is way better than showed in the pictures. It provides all the comfort you need, plus is quiet, full of green, a few minutes walking to the beach, but the best part is Irini, the host, a great lady that will help you with everything you need.

Very nice holiday again

Our 8 days stay this July fully confirmed our very good impressions from the last year – very well furnished and maintained villa and garden around. A very quiet and calm place, the sea is at about 250 m, vast beach - very appropriate for kids. There are small shops and a Greek tavern in the village centrum – 5 min by car. At about 10-15 min by car you may find good restaurants with fresh fish and Greek meals, also bakeries and supermarkets (either westwards - Nea Moudania or eastwards – Kalives). The hosts again were especially hospitable and friendly. We received again vegetables from the garden and tasty Balkan donuts. I totally join the very nice reviews and recommendations of the other guests.

Hidden gem

Big house with all the facilities that a big family with little kids needs on vacation The landlord is a wonderful lady ready to help. She brought us fresh veggies and fruits from the garden every morning and toys for the kids

Excellent choice

We were very pleased by the hospitality of our host Irini who made us feel like at home. Access to the barbecue, basketball field, nice sea view from the balcony, very clean rooms, all made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely come back. Fully recommended.

Excellent villa with great host!

The place is really nice and clean. The whole house is separated in 2 separate villas and shared garden and parking space. Inside is clean and it has 3 small bedrooms. Living room is nice and there is enough space for 4-6 people. The kitchen is well equipped but if you want nice coffee bring your own machine. The garden is a shared space and it's really nice. Overall the villa is perfect if you go with friends and occupy both villas, because otherwisewise you will have to share the yard with strangers. The host Irini was exellent even though she does not speak english. She brought us fresh vegetables, fruits and nice breakfast. She was super nice and we appreacite it. Around the area is super private and quite but there is a few nice beach bars nearby.

The only negative side is that the villa next to us had guests who were very loud till 4am and it was impossible to sleep.

Great Villa

Very good place! Good location, just next to the beach. The house has everything needed, including coffee machine, washing machine, airconditioners. The garden is with perfect grass and looks just as on pictures. The hosts are very kind and always came with some nice surprises.

A really nice relaxing vacation

We (3 adults, 2 kids) spent very pleasant relaxing 9 days in Villa Mamas Beach. Very well furnished and maintained villa and garden around. The beach is at about 250 m – nice for kids and calm - practically private (at the end of June you can see no more than 15 people spread out on the long beach – more than 1 km). At about 10-15 min by car you may find good Greek taverns (either westwards - Nea Moudania or eastwards – Kalives). There is supermarkets at the same distance and small shops in the village centrum – 5 min by car. The hosts real hospitality and friendliness has to be especially mentioned (thank you, Irini) – we also received every day either vegetables and fruits from the garden or home conserved olives or donuts. I fully confirm the very nice reviews and recommendations of the other guests - the place definitely deserves them.

Perfect hosts, evrything we needed was provided and even more so. Everyday the host brought us fresh vegatables from the yard. The beach is not more than 50 meters from the house and it is secluded and quiet. I will definitely visit again and recommend to all my friends.

The hosts were very friendly. They give us periodically fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden as well many products made for them: donuts, handmade conserved olive, fruits marmelade, pistachio The house is just like in the pictures providing everything you need for a very plesant stay. The kitchen os very well equiped with everithing you need, even a blender fot those with infants (like us). The outside kitchen is very useful providing 2 barbeque. The wasing machine is excelent for long term stay. For sure we will come back.

The hosts were wonderful, so kind and you feel the hospitality right from the start. We loved the house with the gardens and all the amenities, not to mention the beautiful interior design. The beach was close (~200m) and felt like private beach. We had a wonderful stay and we can't recommend it enough. Thank you Irini and Ilias for all the warmth, and all the fresh vegetables and fruits straight from your garden and heart.

Lovely place , adorable hospitality from the Owners

The place its located in a very quiet area , in front of the beach there are 4 unbrellas. The house was very very clean and also the garden. It was a small farm in the garden with fresh vegetables. The owners of the house took care of us for everything we needed. The house was equipted with everything that we need. The supermarket its 5 min by car. We used the grill in the garden to cook. Everything was perfect. Thank you for making our holidays so special Irini.

The hosts are very nice, friendly and welcoming. The villa has a great large garden with grass, 2 big terraces. The interior is generous and well equipped, we found there all we needed. Every room has its large balcony. The interior design is nice. The location is quiet, near the beach. Thank you Ilias and your family for the great vacation! The vegetables and fruits were great! :)

Beautiful house, very nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and the most important thing - excellent baths. There are three bathrooms which for 4 bedrooms which is more than adequate. The owners are nice. Overall, great value for money.

Sve je savrseno. Gospodja i njen unuk su bili srdacni i divni. Dobijali smo divno sveže povrce, i krofne. Jako smo zadovoljni. Sve je bilo cisto i uredno. Imali smo privatnost a opet su bili tu za sve sto je potrebno. Jedino sto bi se moglo dodati je jedan bazen mali. E onda bi bio savrsen smestaj. Od nas sve pohvale. :)
