Trikorfo Beach

Nice location near the sandy beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Good for families with kids. The kitchen has all is needed for cooking, including a nespresso coffee machine.

The bed mattress shows sign of age. A replacement would be wellcome.

Great place, really nice rooms close to the beach but also a good place to travel from to other great places and beaches in Chalkidiki. very nice staff. The restaurant was also really good.

Wifi reception was pretty poor and sometimes didn't work. Prices at the restaurant are a little high.

The house was very clean, we loved the beds, were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The Staff were very nice. It was a nice stay overall.

He had a Panoramic Junior summer house, it had one bedroom and another one as part of the living room. For 4 adults it would have been better to book for the superior one. There is no bathroom on the second floor. The stairs were narrow and high. I found it a bit dangerous for a small child. The house was a 7-minute walk from the beach. The beach is very nice, not too busy. The beach manager was asking us if we had reservations every morning although the beach was empty and he never answered the phone, making the reservation very difficult for us. We were unlucky to have for the first 4 days very loud neighbors and we could hear every noise from their house.

There was a hangover and it was very noisy for two days. They didn't predict the fact there were a few families with children.

very cosy house, close to a cute beach with a beach bar. nice garden area, comfortable accommodation. we really liked it. the staff was also very kind and helpful.

we visited end of season and the surrounding was a bit more quiet than we expected - you need a car to get to restaurants and bars.

upscale area with a great restaurant, beach, and beach bar/umbrellas/cabanas. would definitely go back.

the house was 350 meters from the beach. walking up the hill with little kids was not ideal.

Booked here due to the nice reviews but were disappointed. 1) We got another villa than booked. They also confirmed us via e-mail a specific villa and at arrival they told us since they are over booked that we have to stay at another villa. 2) Reception staff is unfriendly and made us so angry that it ruined the whole vacation. If you want a stressful vacation, this is the right place! E.g. they told us to pay more and go at the very back of the complex, although we already payed more for the seaside villa. 3) They called us one day before check-out and stressed us about check-out the exact check-out time. 4) According to them: 1 hour to get us missing towels (there were only 2 for 4 people). After another dispute, they came earlier. 3) The sand on the beach is not cleaned with a lot of stones, sticks and garbage. The water is not as clear like other beaches in Chalkidiki. We are not coming back again. If you enjoy stress and an overall cheap experience, you should definitely book this place. It was stress pure for all of us and the staff wasn't really interested in solving the problems, but kept repeating that they did nothing wrong (Ms. Kiki from reception), so that I think they deserve their 1/10!

Very clean, spacious, cleaning was done on a daily basis, nice views, private beach, friendly staff.

Villas are not on the beach side, but there are amazing views of the sea, and beach is reachable in a 5 min walk

The house is very comfort, good size for a family of 2+2. We received a very nice and welcoming "welcome kit" and the staff members were very nice.

The beach that is close to the resort was very crowded, but there are beautiful beaches in a short distance drive, and it was nice to explore other beaches in the beautiful shore of Halkidiki

We were welcome by Kiki. She is super great host. Everything was perfect prepared and she help us with all our needs and questions. We could rely on her ability to make all little things great.

May be if the beach can have some reserve umbrellas for the resort Trikorfu beach. This will be really comfortable for guests specially during the week-end.

I and the whole family liked the atmosphere in the guest houses. The service is at a high level. I only had a problem finding sunbeds with an umbrella on the beach which is at the hotel. If you travel by car there is no problem there are other beautiful beaches with very good service at a distance of up to 40 km. from the hotel.

I didn't like that I couldn't use the hotel beach.

Very nice and clean garden. The associated restaurant (Elia) was very pleasant. The food and the service were at high standards. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in order to make a proper living. They offer a transportation service, meaning that they can give you a ride from your house to the beach or restaurant by a golf cart.

First, when we made the reservation on Booking we expressly requested breakfast and they confirmed that breakfast will be provided and everything can be arranged once we get there. When we reached the property they said that breakfast cannot be provided since the restaurant isn’t available in the morning. This is unacceptable, the breakfast was mandatory since we were travelling with 2 children of 3 yrs old. The house we stayed is not children suitable, in fact, the entire place is not children suitable, at lest I won’t recommend it for children under 6 yrs old. The house has very abrupt interior stairs, no front gate on the exit to the alley, visibility is reduced by the height of the fence, and so on. The house is too small. When we searched on Booking we set the searching criteria for 4 adults and 2 children of 3 yrs old and this house was prompted as result. There is no way that this house is enough for that many people. I would say that is enough for 2 adults and 2 children top. The house is not sound proof. You can hear everything, literally everything: the noise from your neighbours, the sound of traffic which is right by the house, the 70’s hits from the next hotel which are played till midnight, the moving furniture made by the cleaning ladies right in the middle of the afternoon when your children are sleeping, etc. The cleaning was made once in every 3 days. Then is when the towels were changed as well. For a resort at the beach is very unusual, the towels, at least, should be changed daily. Anyways, the “clean” towels are very used and old. The water from the bathroom upstairs is draining through the ceiling right in the kitchen, the downstairs bathroom sink is partly clogged, the kitchen garbage can is broken. The near beach is dirty. The beach bar opens at 9:00, you can occupy a chair but in the weekend we were being told that every chair is booked at the first hour in the morning. By whom? They would know.

Excelent manager Kiki, smile, quiet place, nice accommodation and freedom. You have space outside,huge balconies and green garden.. The beach quiet, Taverna perfect and many more..

Far away from the sea.. And some of interior was older.. Because of the style maybe.

I liked: the very well equipped kitchen, the view from the terrace that made an excellent place to have breakfast in the morning, nice garden (with olive trees and green grass, also with a couple of sunbeds if you wanted to rest under an olive tree), comfy bed, very nice beach (with smooth sand and smooth entrance into the water, no big rocks or sea urchins that make an excellent and safe beach for the kids to play), bakery nearby.

I disliked: Elia Restaurant's breakfast (very poor breakfast and slow waiters; after the first day we decided to make the groceries from the supermarkets nearby and to eat on the terrace of the maisonette); Elia Beach Bar - what kind of audience you are looking for?! (from Friday to Sunday they have music events at the bar, with very loud music and people coming there to party making a lot of noise and drinking too much so it is not a suitable beach for families with kids from my point of view, which it is a pity because all the other features of the beach are very good for kids (smooth sand, smooth entrance into the water, no big rocks, no sea urchins); the accomodation was good but we had all the windows at the main road which was intense circulated and we could not leave any window open for fresh air while sleeping because of the noise made by cars.

Pe site nu era mentionat faptul ca dormitorul nr 3 era de fapt un pat+noptiera deaspra livingului, fara peret/usi... Am avut 2 unitati rezervate la acelasi pret; una a vut dormitorul nr 3 cu usi dar alta fara usi; consider ca e un amanunt important de stiut in momnetul rezervarii iar pretul trebuie sa reflecte diferenta.

Amplasare bună, dar restul condițiilor lasă de dorit. Locația este la aproximativ 40-50 de minute de plajele cunoscute precum Orange Beach, Nikiti.

Pozele și descrierea induc în eroare întrucât cea de-a treia cameră nu este închisă, nu are pereți și nici o ușă care să ofere intimitate, pare ca un balcon în casă și se află lângă baia de la etaj. În prima zi, la o ora după ce am ajuns în locație, utilizând dușul din baia de la etaj, am constat faptul ca apa se infiltrează prin pereții cabinei de duș, apa scurgându-se la parter, într-o cantitate destul de mare, ocazie cu care n-am trezit cu apă în bagajele personale pe care le lăsasem în acea zonă. Contactând personalul proprietății, am avut surpriza neplăcută ca aceștia să ne spună ca vor rezolva problema a doua zi, fiind nevoiți astfel să folosim 6 persoane o singură baie . După lungi negocieri, ne-au trimis un instalator care inițial a spus ca nu mai exista silicon pe stoc, acesta știind exact unde se află fisura în plăcile de faianță, lucru ce a conturat faptul ca se cunoșteau problemele infiltrațiilor de apă înainte ca noi să ne cazăm.

Görevliler ilgili, odalar temiz, mutfak eşyaları yeterli ve temiz, balkonları ve bahçesi geniş, mutfakta bizi bekleyen atıştırmalıklar çok lezzetliydi🙏

İlk gittiğimiz gün otelin kendi plajına indik, rezervasyonlu çalıştıkları için boş şezlonglar olmasına rağmen şezlong veremediler ancak yine de geçici olarak sandalye ayarladılar ilk gün çok hoş olmadı, yeni gelen misafirlere ayrıcalık tanınabilir, yemek bölümünde sıcak mutfağının öğleden sonra açılacağı söylendi sonra sadece patates kızartması yapabildiler
