layout, sound system, size.
rental coordinator / guest host, Omar, was absolutely fantastic! very responsive and attentive! he alone made the stay better
wasn’t that clean. bathrooms and two bedrooms had odor. main couch also needs replacing as it has foul/dirty odor as well. too pricey relatively speaking based on other rentals, villas, and homes available in the immediate area

The property was beautiful. My kids loved the board and card games they had available. They had Roku on the TV to watch certain programs and music. The rooms and bed were comfy. Loved the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and pans.
The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that they are very strict with having visitors. Other then that everything was good

Our suit advertised a hot tub on the balcony but apparently it is only for the owner. The shower in one of the bathrooms was leaking/dripping for the whole stay. This made it annoying to sleep in that room.
