The Space:
Casa Vista Paraiso is a spacious and luxurious home that offers over 3,000 sq. ft. of interior space and plenty of room for up to 12 guests. The home features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with high-end custom furniture, large-screen TVs in each room, and ultra-modern fixtures throughout. The master bedroom boasts a navy and silver theme, with a large vanity and a spacious master bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guests each. The living room features a fold-out commercial-grade sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress, providing additional sleeping space. The home also includes a laundry area with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. The dining room and living room provide plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining, and the balcony offers an outdoor kitchen and 300-degree views of the picturesque Sea of Cortez. Additionally, guests have access to a community pool directly across from the front door and a playground for children to the right of the house. Guest Access:
Guests will access the community through the security gate at the Costa Diamante Community. The security will have your reservation on file, just let them know the name your reservation was made under, and that you are reserved for house number F44.
Upon pulling up to the home, you will use a special code for the keyless code lock entry system. The code will be sent to your phone 15 minutes before check-in time at 4:00. If the code hasn't come through to your phone yet, just reach out to your host.

The house was just as shown, perfectly stocked. We had everything we could have needed. Great location. Andrea - our host- was fantastic! She made everything easy and was super responsive. Will stay with her again for future trips.

The house is in a nice gated community right by the Princessa Resort. The house is big beautiful and was probably very expensive. There is plenty of room for a family or friends, 2 bunk bed setup in 2 rooms, a pull out couch, and also 2 twin pullout in a couple rooms for small kids. It is a quick walk to the pool or a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The property management company was very communicative and willing to help with anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay here was just amazing. The security folks were super friendly, like they were our buddies keeping us safe. The spot was perfect; you could smell the sea as soon as you stepped outside, and the beach was just a minute and a half away - it felt like our own private paradise. The place we stayed in was gorgeous, super clean, and cozy like home. Everyone working here was so nice, it felt like they really cared about us. And the beach, man, the beach was the star. Clear water, soft sand - we could've lived there forever. This place? It's not just good, it's awesome.
Nuestra estancia aquí fue simplemente increíble. La seguridad era súper amigable, como si fueran nuestros amigos cuidándonos. El lugar era perfecto; podías oler el mar apenas salías, y la playa estaba a solo un minuto y medio - parecía nuestro paraíso privado. La casa donde nos quedamos era hermosa, extremadamente limpia y acogedora como nuestra propia casa. Todo el personal era tan amable, se sentía que realmente les importábamos. Y la playa, hombre, la playa era la estrella. Agua cristalina, arena suave - podríamos haber vivido allí para siempre. Este lugar no es solo bueno, es genial.**
