Spectacular home right by the community pool at Costa Diamanté. Quality throughout, this 4 bedroom home features a luxury kitchen, rooftop deck, and lovely brick floor shaded terrace with BBQ grill.
This 2 story home places the master bedroom upstairs, with the living room, kitchen, and remaining bedrooms below.
The dining area and kitchen bring you lots of seating, dining room table is set for 6 guests. In the kitchen, you will also find appliances like a toaster, water dispenser, coffee maker, and more. All major appliances, along with dinnerware, and cookware enhance this beautiful, luxurious kitchen.
The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king sized bed set in a high ceiling room with large windows. The attached bathroom has great granite counters, rich wooden walk-in closet, along with a raised garden tub set by a glass block window.
There is a deck off of the upstairs landing. From here, a short external staircase leads to a spacious view deck at the top of the property. Views are to the ocean, and go on forever!
The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first features a Queen sized bed, walk in closet, and a bathroom with its own raised garden jacuzzi tub.
The next bedroom has two sets of double bunk beds. The bathroom includes a walk in shower. The last bedroom offers a queen sized bed, closet space, as well as a bathroom with walk in shower.
There is a two car garage, along with a separate laundry room.

We loved the house, great space with 4 1/2 bathrooms! Perfect for kids, so close to the pool. Just wish there was a lockbox for the key instead of having to drop off and pick up from Casago office.

House is great for larger groups. The five bathrooms make it easy for everyone to be ready on time. A nice comfortable space. Does need a little bit of maintenance overall was a great place to stay.

The size and location of this home were perfect, and we loved being back in Costa Diamante. Unfortunately, several issues made this stay frustrating.The check-in process through Casago took about 45 minutes across two locations, which was a significant change from the straightforward gate check-in we've experienced in past years.Internet access was a major disappointment. The listing indicated Wi-Fi, but upon arrival there was no guest guide and no modem to be found. After two calls to Casago, we learned the home relies on a community-wide signal, which was far too weak to be functional. One of our teens had to leave the property entirely to register for college classes. The smart TV was similarly unusable without a reliable connection.The bunk room felt unsettling: a lock on the outside of the door and security shutters that wouldn't open left it dark and cave-like even during the day. Alternately, the shutters in the queen room next door wouldn't go down, and no curtains. Casago promised to send someone to fix the shutters, but no one came.The downstairs A/C thermostat was also nonfunctional, running at either 60 degrees or not at all. We eventually stopped contacting Casago and just managed it ourselves.A few smaller but notable gaps: no broom, no plunger, uncomfortable downstairs mattresses, and a rooftop deck with no furniture, leaving it an unusable space beyond just standing there.We hope these issues get addressed, as the home itself has real potential.
