It features two luxurious suites and two additional bedrooms, with full baths including showers and tubs in both the common area and master suite.

All guests must follow HOA Rules and Regulations Casa Blanca Golf Villas Rental Policy Rules and Regulations
All renters and guests must wear Resort wristbands at all times during their stay.
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 guests and is limited to the number of persons in the confirmed reservation.
Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
You must report any damages to the Host no later than departure.
Quiet time is from 10 AM to 10 PM. Pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Removal of occupants for cause by the owner, Host or the HOA will NOT receive a refund of unused rental, cleaning fee.
Extra vehicles, including cars, trucks, ATV, trailers, cars must display sticker or rental pass and must park in the overflow parking area on property. Only 1 vehicle allowed in adjacent lot to the building.
No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
Do not use the elevator when wet.
Glass objects are not allowed in the pool or golf course area. BBQ areas are to be shared, cleaned after use, and propane tanks turned off after use.
No charcoal grills are allowed on the patios. Trash must be taken to garbage containers.
Music is to be heard only in the immediate area and is not to disturb other persons. All directions from security staff or HOA Mgmt. must be followed.
CB Golf Villas are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injuries.
In Golf Course only “putter” should be used and children must be accompanied by adults.

First I want to thank the host for being very communicative and gracious. They provided a special place for our family's vacation. When I first walked in, I immediately got a grin on my face from how nice it was! Great views! The craftsmanship of the wood was incredible. We loved how everything worked with each other.
We had 3 generations of families with ease. Grandparents in 1 room, Couple 1 in another, Couple 2 in another, and 4 kids in the room with my bunk bed and trundle!
Huge closets and storage areas.
Tech: 3 SmartTVs. Main, master, 2nd master. All work great.
WiFi with 30Mb/30Mb up and down. We used a VPN travel router, plugged into one of the open Ethernet ports on the back of thier WiFi router.
There were multiple outlets in each room, and one on each side of the bed. Use the light switch to make sure the outlet is on.
Issues: Fridge doesn't freeze well (13F set to 0F) - maintenance tried to fix it, unsuccessfully.
Master shower head leaks
Listing amenities showed a grill and other items that are no longer provided (boogie boards)
Reported to the property manager - They said they would fix the items and update the listing.
Oddities: No locks on any doors (bathrooms included). The property manager said the hardware is custom(it is beautiful), and no one has ever had an issue with no locks. We have a multi-gen family, it would be nice to be able to lock bathrooms while using the showers etc.
Tons of light switches, almost one per light in the master bed.

The property is great. Everything is as pictured/described. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had 9 adults and everyone fit and slept comfortably. More than enough space. The patio was a fun place to hang out. Beach is definitely walking distance and amenities available made the stay even better. We will certainly be back.

Nice condo, great communication with owners. Beach was a little farther than I’d prefer having to travel with wagon and pop up but it worked out fine. I’d stay here again.
