You will find horseback riding, ATV´s & Jet Ski rentals, food, music and all the amenities that a 5 start beach could offer. Kitchen set up with toaster, coffee maker and blender. The 2 main bedrooms have queen size beds and the 2 guest bedrooms have twin size beds. Loved the house and the property management process. We’ve stayed in Diamanté a few times and it’s been great a great place to be. The only concern was the party going on just off the HOA property with very loud spring break music. Since it was off property there was nothing we could do about it. It started about noon and went until after 1am.

The property was beautiful and clean. We arrived late on a Friday and found immediately that there was no water. We called the property manager and they eventually got someone there. We understand that it's Mexico and that it was late on a Friday so it took a while. Once the repairmen got there they worked on it and told us they couldn't fix it and we would have to wait until morning. Before morning it was fixed but then went out again during the morning. After a few more calls and a lot more waiting we went to the property management office and asked for another place to stay. They wanted to charge us $80 more but when we refused they let go of that idea. The next place was very nice and we had a great time the rest of our stay. We lost a lot of time and enjoyment with the water issue because no one wants to go anywhere when it's hot and come back with no way to shower or clean.
