The staff was very responsive and helpful. Location is excellent, very close to metro and public transportation, as well as shops and an open market. The heating is very good in the winter.
No soap, shampoo, only one towel per guest. The towels, though clean, are worn out. The light in the living room was very weak.

The house is located next to shopping mall and public transport station. Beds are comfortable.
Well, there at a lots of staff that should be fixed. For instance: windows do not insulate because of ages ( rooms are very noisy), tap and toilet are leaking, etc.
