Location was very good

Unfortunately my experience with Eleven Apartments wasn't great.
Check in should be at 4PM but because we came into Budapest earlier we agreed with accommodation on early check in at 2PM.
Our room wasn't ready at 2PM and they let me know just half hour before. In this time we just arrived and reached the room which was dirty.
After that I called them and they told me that the room will be ready after 4 PM. So we changed our plans and left. We came back after 4PM and found dirty laundry on the floor and no clean bedding anywhere. So again I called on reception and after that somebody came with clean laundry finally.
I understand that this could happend but I think some compensation would be on the spot but they did nothing about it and I had to call them more then just once.
The apartment was really nice but because of this experience I will never come back because we needed to change our plans because of this situation.
