Good location, quiet area and very walkable to town, shops etc. Well equipped apartment with kitchen, spacious, modern and very clean. There is no courtyard or terrace. Friendly, responsive host living above the apartment, so easy check-in/check-out. Good, fair price!

Staff disponibile e gentile. Appartamento molto grosso con zona giorno (cucina fornita di tutto e con anche la lavatrice) e zona notte con quattro letti singoli e molto spaziosa. Bagno grande.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda della doccia, ma la figlia del proprietario è sempre stata gentile e disponibile.

This was a great place to stay: a whole apartment with bathroom and kitchen and sitting room all to ourselves. The host and his daughter were super friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations for eating places and things to do in the town, and they treated us with some delicious home-made Jengyal Roll - absolutely delicious! The room was super spacious, warm (perfect for the chilling temperatures we found in Goris at the end of October) and super comfortable beds! I actually had the best sleep in a very long time! Absolutely recommended for a real taste of Armenian hospitality!

The only downside, although not directly related to the host, was the fact that the outside road was unpaved - due to construction works. Other than that, it was a great stay with super cozy and comfortable beds, perfect for the cool temperature at night in Goris.

Тихая, спокойная улица, хорошее местоположение, рядом много магазинов. Хозяин проявлял участие, заходил каждый вечер. Делал попытки устранить проблему с горячей водой, с её отсутствием, но без успеха. Хороший телевизор, большой выбор каналов, в том числе на русском языке.

В комнате было холодно, несмотря на то что круглосуточно работал обогреватель. В ванной по сути не было горячей воды, обращались к хозяевам, но ситуация почти не изменилась. В кухне недостаточно розеток, прихожится постоянно переключать приборы. Одеяла очень тяжелые, как будто из пакли, подушки такие же. Ткань полотенец низкого качества, жесткое и грубое.
