Hayi Tun Guest House

Our whole family loved this place so much! This will definitely be our hotel every time we visit Goris. The location is perfect—close to the city and all major attractions. The hosts are wonderful, and their beautiful mother takes such great care of the amazing garden. The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were spotless, and every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. Signs were placed everywhere, making everything easy, and the whole property felt as if they had been waiting just for you. The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and deeply connected to the local community. I would love to see them sell some of their homemade products—cheese, bread, gata, jam, herbal tea, and local souvenirs—because they would be perfect ambassadors for Goris.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

We stayed as a group of 7 people and rented 4 rooms, and it turned out to be the best accommodation of our trip in Armenia. Since we had the whole place to ourselves, we enjoyed complete privacy and freedom to use all the facilities, including the yard. The host experience was exceptional — very responsive, always replying instantly to any message. We had a traditional Armenian BBQ dinner that was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was served on two mornings, both very good. The property had everything we could ask for: spacious, extremely clean rooms, each with its own bathroom, heating, curtains, and full comfort. Outside, we enjoyed a bonfire area, gazebo, table in the yard, hammock, table tennis, darts, and plenty of space to relax. Parking was also available in a private garage, keeping the car safe. The view from the property was stunning, and overall everything exceeded expectations — there was truly nothing missing.

Amazing location, breakfast was great, owners really welcoming and really silent at night. Room was clean and furnished. Recommended stay in Goris.

Very willing hosts and good location with use of kitchen. Parking in garage.

The question is "how was your stay?" Sorry to score so low but our stay was ruined by inconsiderate very loud guests who partied outside in the garden most of the night. If other guests behave it would be a 9+
