It was right on the water, and the place was very welcoming, with all my needs anticipated (coffee, slippers, a bottle of wine)
A few spider webs on the patio (which I managed to eliminate since all cleaning equipment was available)

Nice and spacious rooms, very clean. But the reason I gave a high rating is Eleni. The best property manager we have ever met- superb customer care skills, right attitude, responds immediately. We were blown away by Eleni's level of support.
The property is a bit difficult to find. Perhaps better signage could help.

The location was great, very quiet and it was easy to reach the main cities by car due to the proximity to the main road. It was beautiful waking up with the sea so close to you and relaxing at the beach.
Eleni replied to our questions very quickly, was kind and attentive
The kitchen has very basic items, cooking can be difficult if you’re planning to eat at the flat often. The bathroom would get flooded every time we took a shower. In general the flat would benefit of a makeover since everything is pretty old

Clean, good location and Eleni was incredibly helpful and great with communication.
Tavernas and cafe in walking distance, but taxis were also easy and Eleni provided a contact that knew the property.
The pool made your feet blue but that wasn’t really a problem.
