the staff was excellent, the facility as well as the room were very clean, courtesy as well as attention to guests needs and problems was excellent
the food did not have either the quality or variety as in other resorts, guest should get information about the daily activities when they arrive, as well as the food to be cooked everyday in the open sea buffet. To enjoy of hot or warm water in the room was a great problem

Right on the beach
Check in process was not ideal, had to wait a long time and don’t get rooms close to our adult kids like we requested.

Beautiful place
The place was good , the stuff no so good we had problems from the beginning with restaurant reservations.
I ask 2 days before for a romantic date with my wife they told me they will get everything for me and when I got there I wasn’t in the list and the lobster was raw . ( we paid a extra charge for a “premium services) but didn’t receive it.
They don’t really have a good costumer services.
Except for the bartender Dayan.
