Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

the facilities, like restaurant, villas. rooms were clean and well maintain. It was a delay on check in. We arrived at 12pm, our room was provided at 1600 hours. later discovered the shower had no soap and no shampoo. it was requested the same day but, the issue was fixed a day later. this time of the year no so good for the beach. larges amount of seaweed. could not use the beach at all.

Staff was kind and helpful. Juan was polite and would always help us with questions and reservations .Room service needs improvement.

We had a great family vacation! The resort was very clean and a lot of food options! Our butler, Rafael, was extremely helpful to get us the reservations we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed. The pools were nice and large and weren’t overcrowded! We had a wonderful time!

Our stay was great! It is a large property which takes some getting used to but we felt it was good for our week long stay. We did have Rafael, our e-butler, help with a few reservations for dinner, which was so nice because the dinners were a highlight of our stay for sure! With Family Select you do get to visit all of the resorts on site which we did - I recommend this because I liked the variety and having the privilege of visiting the exclusive amenities and food options. Our room was spacious and well appointed. There were some loud neighbors a few nights but it wasn’t too bad - my family slept well. My biggest complaint would be the e-menus weren’t always correct so ordering was often met with ‘we don’t have that’ even though it was on the menu. We worked around it and even my sorta picky kids found things to eat everywhere we went. Overall a really nice vacation!
