The staff were very friendly and offered transport to the restaurants nearby as well as providing additional bottle service.

Location is a bit more remote and can be a bit noisy at night due to the geckos and chickens.

Good and comfortable accommodation.

The remote location

The pool is nice, the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We arrived at midday and could check-in early rather than wait until 14hr.

The garden is not represented in the photos, it is enclosed by a high grey wall with no view. The location pin on the map is incorrect, it's almost 4kms from the port. There is no restaurant on site as stated, you order from a menu and the nearest restaurant sends a scooter with your order in polystyrene boxes. The food is pricey but average with limited choice. One night they only delivered one meal... so we had to re-order... and wait 30 minutes for the second meal. Breakfast is twice as expensive as anywhere on our journey through Indonesia and the coffee was nescafe in a sachet rather than real coffee. To get to the port or town the taxi is 9€ EACH WAY!! Or you can walk for 50 minutes. If you are on a bike the road is in poor condition so care is needed. I contacted multiple times on booking messenger in advance of arrival but never had a response so communication was poor. They organized a tour, the driver spoke zero English and the tour lasted less than 5 hours. It sounds like we had an awful time, we didn't but we felt cheated by the descriptions and the extra high costs. If I had known in advance I would have certainly stayed closer to town where prices are lower and you have multiple choices.
