荷物預けの際、優しくやり方を教えて下さり、荷物も丁寧に扱って頂き嬉しかったです。
お部屋も狭すぎず快適に過ごせました。
また仙台へ行く時は利用したいと思います。
どこでも宿泊の際、カーテンを開けるのですが、開けたらベッドヘッドで見えない場所ではありますが一部壁紙が剥がれている所を見つけてしまい、少しがっかり。
でも恐らく清掃の際も気付きにくく、何故ここが？というような場所で不思議ではありました。
ヘッドヘッドの後ろ、確認して頂けたらと思います。

仙台駅に繋がる連絡通路があって 滞在中 雨でしたが、傘をほぼ使用せず移動できたのは良かったです
タオル類がちょっと古いのかな？と思う肌触りでした

駅チカで便利 チェックアウトが楽
部屋や空気清浄機の排気がどことなく匂うのと、タオルなども綺麗に洗濯されているようだけど、男性の匂いがして若干して、ちょっと不快だった。テレビも部屋の大きさに比べて大きすぎで、圧迫感があった。

Location was good & staff were all nice except new staff was always asking to senior staff what & how to do.
Bath tab was draining very bad even after we asked to fix it. Also, refrigerator in room wasn’t working.
