Very clean and super comfortable. Very nice facilities and the staff were super helpful if I ever had questions. Located close to eveything you’d need. No problems at all.

This was an inexpensive hotel, staff were friendly, room was clean however we didn’t really like the hotels industrial theme decor, no seating in the room and the bed is at floor level, we were unable to sit in the lounge as an event was on each night, not enough hanging space and we couldn’t open a window so the air was a bit stale.

I was looking for a triple room and a single room close to the station, and chose this hotel. Everything was clean, but too small rooms so you might feel claustrophobic. Also, I needed fresh air, and it was impossible to open the window. Breakfast is stylish, but not enough proteins - just croissant and salad or such.

初めての滞在で、口コミを見て心配していた部分もありましたが、とても心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。お部屋のコンパクトさは一人だったので特に気にならず、むしろ落ち着きましたし、Netflixなどがテレビで見られるのでそちらも良かったです。オリジナルのパジャマは肌触りが良く快適で、各フロアにあるウォーターサーバーのサービスもとても便利でした。2階のカフェのコーヒー屋さんは仙台でも人気のコーヒー店でコーヒーがとてもおいしかったですし、地下の居酒屋も魚介が美味しくとてもリーズナブルでよかったです。また仙台で滞在する際は利用したいと思います。
