    This hotel was absolutely incredible. It was so cozy and welcoming and the staff were very helpful. Their English was great too. The room was beautiful and they provided so many amenities. The hot spring was lovely and provided hair dryers, hair care and skin care products for after a soak in the hot springs. They also provided free ice cream at night for after your soak and free yogurt drinks in the morning. The breakfast is also a definite must! After my stay they also allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel before my flight. I had never stayed in an Onsen hotel before but I will definitely be returning to this one, very soon!

    My stay was fantastic. The location of the hotel from Sendai Station was just about 10mins walk, there was a metro station entry right in front of the hotel which was very convenient if you would travel around in the city. The room was neat and clean, there was a shower in the room but i didn’t use it because i went to the hot spring bath every night during my stay, that was so good and relaxing. Highly recommend to everyone who is going to Sendai!

    Super cosy and Japanese style, onsen is good, and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommended if you want a holiday with quality.
