Everything was outstanding except the view from the room
Will ask for a street facing room next trip . The window in my room looked into a multi level steel parking contraption.

Come with onsen and tatami flooring upon arrival at hotel main door. Self serviced coffee machine at 1st floor. Self serviced laundry inside female onsen area. Evening free ramen.
15min slow walk from Sendai Station. On a rainy day, we took JR to Hirosetori station next to it

Amazing onsen and great beauty products at the onsen facilities. The room was comfortable and we loved not wearing shoes throughout the entire venue.

As is typical of this brand of Japanese hotel, this one was spotlessly clean with a very nice onsen and a great breakfast buffet. The location was particularly good for us: it is 10-minute walk from the train station and is near some very good restaurants. We had some of the most memorable meals of our trip several blocks from the hotel.
