Highly recommend to stay in this hotel as it is well placed in Sendai with all the necessary amenities/ facilities around it at a good price. Within walking distance to Sendai Train Station from the West Exit

This was a lovely little hotel. The negatives were rooms felt small and bed was rock hard, but location and price was fab. Maybe we had new beds other rooms might have better mattresses.

Very disappointing experience with the hotel staff. There is a seating area downstairs where guests can sit, so I went there to sit for a while. However, a staff member came and told me to go back to my room without giving any clear explanation. Later, they said it was because I was eating a snack. What was especially frustrating was that other guests were also eating at the same tables, but they were not told to leave. I was not making any noise or disturbing anyone, and I was not breaking any hotel rules. The staff’s attitude was extremely impolite and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently because I was a foreign tourist. I understand that hotels have rules, but if there is a rule, it should be explained clearly and applied consistently to all guests. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable.
