The property consists of five lovingly designed, colorful studios that reflect the character of the region. Each studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. For longer stays, a shared washing machine and dryer are also available.
The spacious outdoor areas offer various seating arrangements—perfect for relaxing in privacy or enjoying social moments in a laid-back atmosphere. It’s the ideal place to unwind, listen to the water, and watch the sky transform at sunset.

Small, charming, and surprisingly comfortable – the “Grouper Room” is ideal for guests who appreciate coziness and functionality.
This studio combines sleeping, living, and cooking in one thoughtfully designed space. The well-equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for your stay. A comfortable queen-size bed ensures restful nights, while the private bathroom with shower offers a refreshing start or end to your day.
The room overlooks the street, giving you a glimpse of the peaceful, authentic surroundings of Matlacha. For guests who prefer a waterfront view, we also recommend our “Redfish Room” or “Tarpon Suite,” subject to availability.

Everything is exactly as the pictures show. It's not a big room, but it's sufficient, and it's on a side street in Matlacha, so it's very quiet. We enjoyed our time.
