Our "Fishermen´s Paradise" is located just a few minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. The house has direct access to the water with its own landing stage. The spectacular view to the west won´t let you spend your evenings somewhere else. The building complex is characteristic of Matlacha - a colorful and creatively decorated accommodation with a fresh touch and lovingly attached details.
The "Fisherman´s Paradise" consists of 5 small and adorable studios. Each studio offers a queen-size bed, an eat-in kitchen, and an own shower bath. A community washing machine and dryer are also available as well as many different seating groups in the spacious outside area.
Look forward to spending nice evenings on the terrace: the sensational sunset will ensure a relaxed atmosphere.

Me and some friends stayed here to fish and it was absolutely perfect for that. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay on the water. I met the owner and he was very nice and showed me where things were.

Thank you for making our stay in Matlacha so wonderful! I think we were the first renters since the renovations. Everything was so clean and fresh. Thank you to Marlene and Marco for stopping by to help with a few problems we had.

Place is great!
Finding actual property manager contact info difficult.
When strong rain/thunderstorm, must drive through flooded street snd park in flooded designated parking area but can get to unit unless walking through 1-3” of water.
Now, after Hurricane Ian - Wouldn’t be surprised if unit not destroyed - understand bridge now out and unit would be unreachable if remains anyway.

process was easy communications with company went well..nice accommodations , good location, very relaxing atmosphere..I would use Vbro again. Marcus was easy to work with .
