We don’t arrive until midnight on our arrival date. We had requested an outside light be on so we could see and access our lockbox. They responded promptly and assured us they would do so Very much appreciated!This was our 4th time staying at the Redfish Room. We hadn’t been back there for 4 years because of the damage caused by Hurricane Ian. We were pleasantly surprised that the Redfish Room and the other 4 units had all been restored. We love the new screened in porch and the views from the dock. We saw lots of fish jumping in the canal and even saw dolphins on 2 occasions swimming in the gulf. Great sunsets every night from the dock area. A big plus to this location is the ability to walk to shops and restaurants (The Blue Dog, the Yukatan and the Perfect Cup). We were also a short driving distance to other restaurants in St. James City and Bookelia. Grocery stores were just a short drive away. Also an easy drive to Fort Myers Beach. Our only complaint was the bed was a little too firm and the pillows a little flat. We didn’t have hot water for a few days but as soon as we contacted the property manager the problem was quickly remedied….again, very much appreciated! For the price this is an excellent place to stay.

Stayed in the Redfish room and it was cozy! Comfy bed, very clean & has everything you need! Fishing off the dock and watching the sunsets was a bonus for me!

Everything was great, especially the location on the pier; beautiful sunsets, and good restaurants within walking distance. Property manager was very nice, welcoming, and helpful.
