This spectacular apt. has been completely remodeled,It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Inside the newly remodeled ESJ MARE (formerly ESJ AZUL).
Not a single detail has been missed,full kitchen has everything you need and more,washer and dryer,dishwasher.
Beds boast memory foam mattress and super soft lux. linens,you'll fee you are staying inside a magazine apt.!
Our pool has been totally remodeled after Maria,with a new bar and poolside food and drink service,we share the hotel amenities!
You can walk to absolutely everything,Isla Verde has the BEST beach in San Juan,great restaurants and grocery store,drug store etc are all walking distance.
We have a nice partial ocean view and we face the gorgeous pool deck rooftop,which is lit at night,direct view,gorgeous!
We include free parking as well.
You'll be very happy!

Great apartment and great host. The apartment had a small leak due to maintenance in the building and the host was extremely quick to respond and help us fix the issue. It was solved within 10 mins! Great location and easy beach access. Would definitely come back here.

Checking in was difficult due to online glitch but the front desk was helpful. Next to the beach an the San Juan Hotel is a plus

The apartment was beautifully decorated as in the photos, well maintained, and comfortable for the most part. The pool shown in the photos is closed!!! Other guests said the pool was closed for repairs. The view from the apartment balcony was nice and mostly of the airport, the mountains, and people enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub on the roof top of the hotel across the street facing our apartment, which WE COULD NOT USE!!! I contacted the apartment owner and asked how to turn off the AC fan. The owner wrote us back and said “I’ll call my AC guy. The fan could only be turned off by a serviceman who never came. The fan on the AC unit blew nonstop for the 6 days we were there. The fan was annoying as it blew in my face while trying to sleep in the bedroom. We were told we were the first ones to complain about it and no further action was taken. The owner said the continuous fan was used for “humidity control”. It’s not working! Consider Investing in a dehumidifier. We had no water the last two days except for two hours, three times a day. Not the owners fault but just fyi. We enjoyed San Juan and its wonderful people despite the short comings of the accommodations.
