Coral Beach Boutique Penthouse

Property was as described - 2 bedroom, 2 bath with everything you need to stay comfy away from home. Pool and beach was easy, and location was walkable to restaurants and stores. Parking was easy to navigate and all staff on site are bilingual. This is a family friendly and secure space, although some beautiful and breakable kicknacks may be tricky for tiny humans! Apartment was broom swept with clean linens, but not deep clean upon arrival. Be aware of potential water rationing due to condo restrictions - not the fault of the host, but water only running 2 hrs of the day. Not sure of the frequency, but worth mentioning. It's easy to navigate with notice. All that said, this host was one of the most communicative and flexible we have worked with! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was on the 20th floor and offered great views, and having three beds worked out perfectly for our family. The location was excellent—right on Carolina Beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and other conveniences.A couple of things to be aware of: the water pressure was inconsistent during our stay, and there was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding area that often continued late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, that may be something to consider. That said, the convenience of the beachfront location, nearby dining options, and the spacious sleeping arrangements made it a good fit for our trip. We appreciated having easy access to both the beach and local attractions.

Reinaldo was great responding to my questions. There were problems in the unit related to plumbing and he sent out a handyman the next day. Problem was that we had to be in the unit while he was there. Reinaldo never offered to stay with him. While most of the unit was clean enough, it needs some work. And the floors were dirty and grimy. Our feet were perpetually black walking on them. There was very little silverware. 3 butter knives 2 teaspoons and 3 tablespoons. Plenty of forks. The listing said it was an ocean view. We could see the ocean if we looked sideways. And only one of us at a time. The proximity to the airport was a downer. Very noisy. Other than that, we enjoyed being in Isla Verde. The beach was lovely and you can rent chairs (5 each) and an umbrella (15) for the day.
