Great Location, just renovated 2 bedroom apartment, perfectly located in the heart of the tourist strip of Isla Verde, with direct access to the beach, ocean view from Balcony, pool, walking distance from hotels, restaurants, night-life, casinos, Supermarket, CVS, souvenir shops, and car rentals. Just 8 minutes from airport. Building has 24hr security, 24hr coin laundromat, parking space.

This is the best place to stay in San Juan. William is so responsive and incredibly helpful. The apartment is immaculate, well appointed and very well supplied with all you would need. The apartment even has four nice beach chairs plus boogie boards (I don’t think any other place has all these). The beach in front is magnificent and right next door to the Sonesta and near restaurants and other stores. At the same time the apartment is very quiet, with a lovely balcony with a side view of the ocean. The building is lovely and well maintained, and has a security guard at the front. It has a lovely pool and playground but I didn’t use these. I wouldn’t stay at any other place.

This vrbo has the perfect location! It is close to the airport, an easy drive to San Juan and quick access to the highways. You can’t get much closer to the beach and it has a large pool. We comfortably fit our family of 6. Communication with William was top tier and he answered any questions we had. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If we come back, we would definitely book here again!
