Nice ocean view, good layout. Host was very responsive. AC in both bedrooms made sleeping very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

enjoyed the view from the living room. Pool needed to be maintained better

Perfect location to beach, shop and restaurants. Just minutes away. The condo was pleasant and provided us with all the necessities needed. The only thing that I would add would be an air conditioner in the kitchen/living room area. It would get bit muggy in this area, even with the ceiling fan and stand up fan provided.

Maria contacted me a few days in advance when she became aware of the storm that had occurred in NYC. I appreciated her assuring me that she would be available if I had any problems traveling. I also appreciated the fact that she was on top of the situation. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. it was a perfect location, I was able to get a nice breeze from the beach and access the beach easily. Also the parking available was very convinient.
