Welcome to our unique condo, a standout in Isla Verde. Experience a true Puerto Rican paradise, combining accessibility and comfort with the beauty of nature. Spend relaxing evenings on our one-of-a-kind rooftop terrace with garden. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and stunning panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, Isla Verde beach, Laguna Los Corozos and Puerto Rican mountains. We’ve worked with love on this terrace for over 20 years, and it now features a lush garden filled with tropical plants such as bougainvillea, hibiscus, palm trees and dracaena. A refreshing air free shower on terrasse surrounded by flowers, lounge chairs for sunbathing or star gazing and the sea awaits you a few steps from the condo.
The finest Penthouse view on Isla Verde beach. This top floor penthouse is half exterior and half interior. The exterior private garden terrasse has a view from all façades, from the lagoon to the city to the mountains and a spectacular view of the planes landing in the distance. You will enjoy a breathtaking sunset on the terrasse. During the holiday new year, you can literally see at least 100 separate fireworks exhibitions at once from the roof top terrasse. .- truly magical!-,
It has bedrooms with beach view: The apartement has one bathroom, two rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer and towels.
The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh system internet access inside and on the terrasse. Beds side by side for flexibility give the size of a king bed. Iron, ironing board.
The kitchen is completely equipped for your creative recipes: Expresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, small oven.
Facilities included in the condominium: swimming pool, washing and drying machines on every second floor, 24/7 security guards.
The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.
For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.
A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo. Dollar rent a car

An awesome view from the top floor. We enjoyed coffee and happy hour out there every day. Unit is clean and comfortable with everything you would need for an extended stay. Plenty of services close by if needed. Glad we chose this VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. It is homey and clean and the views are gorgeous. My sister and I brought our Mom and we loved our stay. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and we loved spending evenings out there. The location is amazing- steps from the beach and several nights we walked to nearby restaurants or shopping. The pool was clean and looked great - although we never ended up using it. I was worried about no air conditioning in the main living area- but the breeze from the living room windows are incredible and we were comfortable all week. I did not expect there to be a covered parking area that was locked- so that was a great surprise. Juan, the property manager was a delight. He was so friendly and showed us all around when we got there and then checked in during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. We felt safe and secure and cared for all week. Also- we were so grateful for the beach accessories that were provided- a cart, chairs, umbrella, beach bag and small cooler! We hope to be able to come again and enjoy this property!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! Amazing views, perfect location, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The rooftop was our favorite part and the view from the living roof was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Juan, the property manager, was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend this condo if you are looking for something comfortable and unique with ocean views and a perfect location on Isla Verde Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Having the amazing view of the beach was wonderful from the rooftop. I am giving the property manager 1 star because he let himself into the condo at 0345 with the keys. He walked into the bedroom where my minor children were sleeping to use the bathroom. We were all a bit horrified and shaken up from the experience. Security made sure the property manager did not enter the premise the remainder of our stay and the owner, who was not in the local area apologized and was very understanding about the problem.
