About this villa rental
Hallo. El Pedregal is perfect for casual resort living . Designed for ultimate privacy, there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom encompasses the entire first floor with a custom designed king bed and a meditation / Yoga terrace with its own shower
On the lower level you will find a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a large dining counter along with two bedrooms and baths.
A unique feature of this custom designed home are the stained glass windows in the master bedroom and the kitchen.
The entire villa is air conditioned and has been completely updated as of January 2022
The villa features a large deck and courtyard in the back of the home, providing privacy amidst lush tropical landscaping, adjacent to the swimming pool and tennis courts.
We also provide daily light maid service, round trip transfer from CUN is available, one free local cell phones, Internet plus Internet TV , we can also arrange for a cook to come to the home or have a chef cater meals , the cook provides Mexican type food.
It's only a three minute walk to the beach or the Championship Golf Club at Playacar our property manager who can address all of your needs including transportation, meals, shopping, sports activities and tourist information. This is available in Spanish, French, and English.
A most unique feature of this villa, is the proximity to Playa del Carmen's heart of town La Quinta. Probably one of Mexico's most fun shopping, dinning, and traffic-free walking. It is a mere 15 minute walk from the house.
The beach at Playacar may well be one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Mexico with its turquoise colors and white coral sand which does not get hot however it does change with the seasons according to the wind and wave action.

We, my two children and our aunt, had a wonderful stay at El Pedregal. The property has everything. Bikes, tennis, easy access to the beach. Checking in was flawless, and Carmen, the property manager, was always accessible through WhatsApp. Carmen arranged massages and gave us great tips for our trips. Carmen, who provides daily housekeeping, was a dream, too. She provided us two meals in addition to the welcome breakfast. The house is in a secure, gated community. Great ready to have some relaxing fun, if you choose El Pedregal when you visit Playa del Carmen.

The property owner was always easy to find, beyond helpful, and really flexible. The property is in a fantastic location - easy access to the beach, the city, and also in a secure place. Carmen was full of contacts to improve our trip and tips on what to do and where to go. There was beer in the fridge on arrival. We had a fantastic time, and would absolutely book this again.

Peaceful, we enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the home. Appreciated the AC n filtered water. The home had everything we needed. Viktor, Carmen n Efren are amazing always keeping you updated and always available any questions we had. Thank you again 💜
