About this villa rental
VILLA LUMAVI — YOUR PRIVATE POOL HOLIDAY, SHARED WITH YOUR FAVOURITE PEOPLE
Six bedrooms. Your own private pool. Housekeeping included Monday to Friday. Villa Lumavi brings everyone together for a Playa del Carmen holiday with more space, more privacy and less housework.
Accommodating up to 15 guests, this tropical retreat in Playacar Phase 2 is ideal for extended families and friends who want to share the whole holiday — morning coffee, beach adventures and relaxed dinners at home.
YOUR OWN TROPICAL RETREAT
Start the day with a refreshing swim, enjoy breakfast outdoors and decide what comes next: the beach, exploring town or another afternoon beside your pool.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the garden and outdoor dining areas give your group a welcoming place to gather. The entire villa, private pool and facilities shown in the property photos are exclusively yours during your stay.
TOGETHER WHEN YOU WANT. PRIVACY WHEN YOU NEED.
Enjoy the freedom of staying under one roof without spending your holiday in separate hotel rooms. Comfortable living areas offer space to socialise, while six bedrooms let everyone retreat when it is time to rest.
The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with king beds and three with bunk beds, making the villa particularly suited to families travelling with children. One king bedroom also has a sofa bed. Please review the room-by-room bed details to check the best fit for your group.
Four full bathrooms and two additional half bathrooms make shared stays easier, and air conditioning throughout provides a comfortable escape from the Caribbean heat.
BEACH DAYS AND EVENINGS ON 5TH AVENUE
The beach and 5th Avenue are approximately a 10–15-minute walk away. Spend the day by the sea, explore the shops and restaurants, then return to the greenery and privacy of Playacar Phase 2.
Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy the nearby Hard Rock Golf Club.
MORE HOLIDAY, LESS HOUSEWORK
Housekeeping Monday to Friday is included in your stay, so you can spend less time tidying and more time together.
Your fully equipped kitchen makes breakfasts and family meals easy. Prefer an evening where someone else does the cooking? Ask about arranging a private chef.
Online concierge support is available to help with questions and arrangements. Airport transportation and weekend housekeeping can also be requested. These optional services are subject to availability and additional charges.

The house was fantastic. It was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The back yard is something special with a lovely nice sized pool and hot tub. In terms of the host, they were extremely responsive to even the smallest question or issue that might have come up. Beth who was our house manager was friendly, organized, responsive and made sure that our stay went smoothly. Also, the location is beautiful with easy walks to the gym, shopping, and the beach. You might even spot some spider monkeys in the trees on your way to the beach! All in all, 10 out of 10!!

The beautiful villa had many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for our families. The bedrooms featured many varieties of beds allowing many possible combinations. The kitchen, dining room, and eating area provided lots of room for meals and all of the appliances worked very well. There was also lots of glassware and dishes. The house, appliances, pool area and yard were very clean and were serviced several times while we were there. For the kids, the pool, hot tub and wilderness backyard were most important. The pool was used every day for many hours. The house is located very centrally in Playacar and the beach, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance.
