Entering the villa lot you will find a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for everyone in the group, whether you choose to do it yourself or bring in a professional chef! Our cosy sitting room is the place to go and relax, Upstairs balcony you will find our large game room with views over the garden,and pool,with ping pong table, pool table ,TV and music system.
Set within beautiful jungle gardens,homely and the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The moment you step through our gates you will feel right at home.
the house is located in a big land where there is gran palapa gym park for wall climbing and american ninja warrior 💪
the house guests have 50% off to enjoy the Park and free access to the ninja warrior and cenote cave .
In our wonderful villa you will find 2 private pools
picklball court ( free from 6 am to 8 am - 6 pm to 8 pm )
ninja warrior course, & cenote cave .
The pools are fantastic to have your picnic or BBQ or just to float around and look up,
lots of green space to enjoy with family or take your time out on a sun bed.
the villa itself have a private access and gate
with outside garden and private space over 2500 squere meters .
outside the villa and still in the land of gran palapa.

our location is 5 min away from downtown with car we are right on the exit from playa del car to tulum
events of any kind need to be autorized and or pay extra cost .
over 16 people there is an extra 25 usd x person a night
private events are allowed with authorization and extra cost for more info. Please contact the manager
do not throw toilet paper the wc
smoking is not allowed inside the house. Fine can be up to 250 usd
above 16 people its 15 to 25 usd x person
