About this villa rental
Casa Palmas is located in the luxurious tropical resort of Playacar phase 1, in Playa del Carmen. Tropical gardens surround this home, with the Xaman-Ha Aviary as your neighbor. Three terraces offer you the view to nature's sacred paradise. We are footsteps away from the white sandy beaches. Mexican sophistication is featured in this romantic dwelling. Casa Palmas de Baja Mar is a four-story home which sleeps up to ten people. It has four bedrooms, three baths, two full kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms with one sleep-sofa. All carpentry is handcrafted in mahogany. Our private pool has a purified water system. We have central air conditioning and ceiling fans everywhere. The villa now has a UVA purified water filtration system. We also have High Speed wireless Internet connection for your convenience so bring your laptop.
We are situated in the resort of Playacar phase 1 by the Caribbean Sea. We are a short minute walk to the beach and a 3 to 5 minute walk to the famous 5th Ave. (Quinta Avenida)

The house was everything as advertised and the location is close to beach, ferry and town. We had them do some shopping for us before we arrived so we could relax for the first few days-it made our first days easier. The owner, and the people keeping property clean were lovely to deal with. The security gate and personnel made us feel very safe. Highly recommend this property for a memorable vacation.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything! GreatNice patios for enjoying outside.Short 2 block walk to beachBeds were comfortable a great linens.We had some rain and it was a bit chilly. since we could not adjust a/c it would have been nice to have some throw blankets

This was the perfect stay for our group of three families. Having our own pool was amazing. The beach was a short 2 minute walk away and the main drag with shops and restaurants was a short 7 minute walk away. This was a perfect place for exploring Playa Del Carmen and we loved our stay. Just a word of caution for those with mobility issues, it is a full 3 stories, so sleeping on the top floor was a good leg workout. There are so many lovely spaces in this house and we fully used all of them. Would recommend 100%.

The location couldn’t be better. Quiet neighborhood, the house is located within 2 minutes walk from the beach and 7 minutes walk from the 5a Avenida. Access to the highway by car in less than 5 minutes and 7 minutes from the grocery store. Really a great location. The house was really well maintained. Three story house with a bunch of gathering space. We were a party of 8 and we were very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms at the top and bottom floors are the most comfortable. Not that we used it much, the WiFi works well as the modem is located on the middle floor. There is an extra charge if you want air conditioning. Even though we were there during a cold front, we opted for air conditioning. Glad we did, the indoor air quality is a little musky. The owner of the house kept in touch all time, wonderful Lady. We would definitely come back and recommend this house to anyone visiting Playa de Carmen with a party of 8.
