About this villa rental
Located in Playacar Fase I; a gated community of high-end homes and is adjacent to the downtown area of Playa Del Carmen. La Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) is a short walk from Casa Azul Caribe where shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, water sports, tours, bars, and live entertainment are located. This home has everything you could want located only 10 stps away from the beach.
Casa Azul Caribe has a private 5-foot deep pool with a private terrace with dining area and lounge chairs.
This spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. On the first floor beside the living room, dining room, and kitchen, there is a private laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with bathroom access off the hallway; the second one has 2 double beds with private access to the same bathroom; the third bedroom also has 2 double beds and its en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom located on the second floor also has a king bed and and a private en-suite bathroom. Off the master bedroom there is access to the spacious roof deck terrace with ocean views, and access to the third-floor sun deck with lounge chairs and magnificent views of the Caribbean ocean and the island of Cozumel.
The presence of sargassum occurs mainly during the warmer months.
It is not our responsibility to notify guests of the presence or absence of the algae prior to arrival.

The property management team here is amazing! And Casa Azul Caribe is beautifully appointed villa, has everything you need and only steps from the beach. And is very approximate to everything that Playa del Carmen has to offer!

We loved the house, the pool, its location to the beach and downtown, and the amenities provided by the host. Every room was comfortable and clean. The host was attentive to our needs and communicated well. The neighborhood has a security entrance and security staff who walk the neighborhood regularly. If/when we come back, we’d love to stay here again.

I take my entire family on a vacation every year. This one was exceptional the house was very clean very nice with all the amenities. It was steps away from the beach and close to downtown fifth Street my family all agrees one of the best vacations ever. I highly recommend this house with the pool. It was comfortable. thank you, VRBO and thank you, Marcelo.

Jacuzzi was not working, empty with no water. You can tell it has not been working for sometime so they need to remove it from the showing.
Coffee maker it’s crack, didn’t work.
No hand soap available.
No dish soap.
Only one roll of paper towels.
Not enough drinking water.
Pool was dirty all the time.
Internet does not work on the second floor.
One day we had people show up at the property to fix the cable, we were not home but our older son was and we were not notified about this so we had to drive back to see what was going on- waste of time. + poor communication.
Services from the owner is very limited, is more like pay me my money and don’t bother me.
Don’t believe the pictures, they are 60% true.
