Fantastic apartment very close to beach, in a tranquil village

Nice mix of modern facilities and vintage look (exterior). All facilities and shops literally across the street. Car parking included in an area where many need to spend some time to find a place. Everything you need and more in kitchen.

Almost nothing. In warm summer days you might need an airco

Close to sea. Restaurants and lovely local shops. Great liitle bar at mini golf . Apartment very clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable and good shower. Street Market every Thursday. Car able to be parked in court yard at rear of apartment.

Quiet noisy every morning, bins emptied along street at 0630. Apartment close to amenities but comes at a price. Deliveries to shops very early, couple of days 0500.

L'appartement est bien aménagé et équipé. Il est situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces au centre de Merville. Check in et check out en autonomie.

L’appartement est agréable à vivre, près des plages, des commerces, de sites à visiter. Le lieu est calme. Le voisinage est bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai!

Tout à proximité si on n'a pas envie de se déplacer et donc possibilité de passer un très bon séjour

Bel emplacement avec un supermarché, une boulangerie à 2 pas et un marché le jeudi et le dimanche Proximité de quelques restaurants Plage à quelques pas de l'appartement, ce qui était vraiment super. Existence d'un bus pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, possibilité de se déplacer pour visiter les alentours.

Remontée d'odeurs en provenance des toilettes et de l'évier de la cuisine. C'était le seul point négatif.

Sehr gute Lage. Gute und ansprechende Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Helle großzügige Wohnung.

Keinerlei „Betreuung“durch Gastgeber oder Beauftragte ( keinerlei Bedienungshinweise von Geräten wie Fernseher, Elektroherd /-heizung. Hinweis von Mülltrennung und -entsorgung in einer Mail nach Abreise. Handwerker zum Austausch einer dennoch in der ganzen Woche nicht funktionierenden Spülmaschine ( für uns aber kein Problem). Unangekündigte Handwerker zur Arbeit an der Flurtreppe, die nicht betreut wurden und von daher bei uns klingelten.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung war super sauber. Die Ausstattung ist top. Alles was man so braucht ist da Fön, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Mikrowelle ect. Die Lage ist zentral, 2 Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Strasse aber die Fenster sind super Schall isoliert und ab 23:30 geht die Straßenbeleuchtung aus und es ist keiner mehr unterwegs. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Waschsalon, Restaurant,Bankautomat alles fußläufig. Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Treppenhaus müsste bald mal renoviert werden. Der Wäscheständer ist für Handtücher unpraktisch
