Ce bel appartement est très bien situé en plein centre de Merville, à proximité de la plage. Il est clair, bien équipé, avec une literie très confortable, et est doté d'un parking très pratique. Les propriétaires ont répondu rapidement et aimablement à nos quelques demandes. Un séjour très agréable !
L'appartement est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur.

Il y a eu un souci à l’arrivée dans l’appartement, très vite résolu par Marine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la taille du logement, les équipements au top, la literie très bonne , le calme et la proximité de la pharmacie, de la boulangerie, et du carrefour contact. Et bien sûr la plage tout près!! Pratique aussi la place de parking dans la cour arrière.
L’appartement choisi n’avait pas d’eau chaude ! Ni ballon ni chaudière… curieux! Marine nous a très vite placés dans l’appartement plus grand un étage en dessous. Au top! Avec terrasse !

L’appartement est agréable à vivre, près des plages, des commerces, de sites à visiter. Le lieu est calme. Le voisinage est bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai!

Sehr gute Lage. Gute und ansprechende Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Helle großzügige Wohnung.
Keinerlei „Betreuung“durch Gastgeber oder Beauftragte ( keinerlei Bedienungshinweise von Geräten wie Fernseher, Elektroherd /-heizung. Hinweis von Mülltrennung und -entsorgung in einer Mail nach Abreise. Handwerker zum Austausch einer dennoch in der ganzen Woche nicht funktionierenden Spülmaschine ( für uns aber kein Problem). Unangekündigte Handwerker zur Arbeit an der Flurtreppe, die nicht betreut wurden und von daher bei uns klingelten.
