Rent to EXCLUSIVELY REFERENTIATED 120 sqm villa, located a few steps from the quiet beach of Granelli in Viale Azzurro in the municipality of Pachino (SR), with a patio, 260 mt2 outside, large terrace overlooking as large as the surface of the villa with sea view.
A few minutes from Marzamenmi and the Balata with its clubs, from the white beaches of San Lorenzo, from the natural oasis of Vendicari, from the Isola delle Correnti, and from the Island of Capo Passero and Punta Secca (a place where you turned the TV series -the comm. Montalbano-) and 5 km from the beautiful baroque city of Noto.
The house is under development, so it does not yet have Wi-Fi and air conditioning
Even if the latter is unnecessary, given the ventilated climate.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, a large kitchen, kitchenette and bathroom,
Externally it has a large veranda, courtyard with carport, outdoor shower, barbecue.
Entrance to the street is private and accessible via the bar.
The immense adjacent beach is as free as the neighboring beaches, although for those who like it there are adjacent equipped beaches.
At home daily sale of bread and bakery products, as well as various kinds of food: fruit, vegetables, meat, cheese, etc.
It is also possible to take your four-legged friend on holiday with you.
