House in the countryside 1 km from Marzamemi

The house is located along the road that leads from Pachino to Marzamemi, less than a kilometer from the beautiful seaside village, in an ideal position for those who want to stay in absolute privacy, with large spaces, but at the same time close to services, which are located in Pachino (2 km) and in the historical center of Marzamemi.
The structure is surrounded by a large outdoor area. It is well lit and airy. On the front of the house there is the driveway, plenty of space to park the car, an area covered with outdoor kitchen and equipped to make a barbecue, where you can have lunch and stay outdoors. At the back of the house is a land with ornamental plants and fruit trees. From the terrace you can see the sea.
The house is equipped with every comfort and can comfortably accommodate 5/6 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and a second on request, a full bathroom with shower in the sleeping area, a second bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine, a large living area with table , chairs, sofa and TV, a large kitchen. The kitchen and the living room are communicating. There is also an outdoor shower, with hot water, to use when returning from the sea.
The kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery and everything you need to cook: there is an electric oven, a microwave oven, a wood-burning cast iron oven.
A corridor connects the living room to the sleeping area. The rooms are all air conditioned. In the bathroom of the living area there is a washing machine. There is wi-fi internet connection.
The location is strategic, close to everything you need to fully enjoy the holiday: the services are within walking distance, the restaurants, bars and all the clubs and shops of Marzamemi are close at hand. In a short time you can reach all the beaches of the Ionian side (La Spinazza in Marzamemi, San Lorenzo, Vendicari, Calamosche etc) and the Mediterranean, in the area of ​​Portopalo di Capopassero (Carratois, Isola delle Correnti, Isola di Capopassero etc.).
The main sites of historical and archaeological interest in the provinces of Syracuse and Ragusa are located within 50/60 km and can easily be reached by car: Noto, pearl of the Baroque is only 20 km., Siracusa with the archaeological park and the Ortygia Island 50 km, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa are about 40 minutes by car. Catania can be reached in about an hour, Etna in just over an hour and a half. In a couple of hours you can reach the Archaeological Park of Agrigento and the splendid Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armerina.
The local regulations provide for the payment of the tourist tax equal to € 1.50 per day for the first five days of stay. Children under 12 and those over 75 are exempted from paying the tax.
There is an extra, not mandatory, of 10 euros per person for the initial supply of linen (sheets and three towels for the bathroom).
The consumption of electricity is counted with contascatti and charged at 25 cents per kwh.
